Beautiful CS's Birthday

March 30th was the day
since this Monkey couldn't join the rest at Ritz
so had to make it up to the Birthday Gal before she bash me up
Sun dried tomatoes bread
complimentary tartar fr Chef Takashi
we supposed that sitting this near would be the closet u can get to the Chef
coz he's REALLY REALLY S-H-Y
first course was the cold angel hair pasta with Hokkaido Scallop and nanohana
nanohana was my fav vege/flowers...only available in Spring
Roasted Foie Gras with dark grapes and Madeira
the grapes complemented the foie gras so well
Pan fried Isaki with Torigai and ratatouille
alwiz enjoy fish here with its crispy skin
crab and kabu soup
very small portion, just enuff to tantalize our tastebuds
2 way preparations of Wagyu with mushrooms and Yuzukoshou
yep JS got a belated pressie fr Sage - a bottle of yuzukoshou which money can't buy :P

JS had seafood pasta over Wagyu
someone was scared of red meat

mango & passions fruit souffle with sorbet
with mango on the inside :))))))))))))
had a beautiful GC that nite
time to open pressie!!!
