Most of my home cooked meals come with desserts.
Don't ask me how HE managed.....

Dessert wine fr Aussie
dash some dessert wines into a couple of yolks, sugar and dunno wat magic.
whisked it & cooked it over bain marie (double boil)

strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.
aaaaannndddd bake em!

JS roasted the pineapple with syrup + vanilla beans,
basted it with care and love every 5 minutes in the oven for 60 mins

*very the patient*

then placed it on top of puff pastry.
and baked for another 15 mins.and the puff pastry pufffed up

*you can get puff pastry in Isetan at the frozen food section, where escargots are*
drizzled with the remainder golden syrup fr the basting process and Haagen Daaz ice cream :))
