am so pissed with this courier company,
I don't know why my staff used them to courier important documents.
How many times do I have to remind???
Important valuable docs/parcels = FEDEX

My instructions were as simple as that,
I did not speak greek nor timbaktu.
And so the unpleasant/unwanted situation DID happened.
My ever important documents were lost!!!!!
Fuming with fire here,
