this crazy man waited 5 hours in the rain by the river....inside the JUNGLE
just for the sight of a very very specific bird
but trust me the pics are really amazing
even NatGeo won't get that sort of pics :)))))))))))

Note: mind u, GOE is indeed God of Eatery but he's not an environmentalist. :P He's just that into birds. His actual profession/industry = financial institution

coz u still need to rest the wines for at least 3 months after being moved around

I Ching touched down on the morning of her b-day,
Monkey and JS went to the airport to picked em up.

"erm, this is the 1st time I'm picking someone up fr KKIA."

weeks ago...
fr Mr. Jimmy-Fixed-It
whom also prepared us a nice yummy b-day cake
and waived our corkage.
Peppino had a renovation and changed its concept
from venetian to simply Italian...
with painted pics of olive trees on its wall
and 2 floor to ceiling wine cellars.
most importantly, we checked its glasses..
hmmm right glasses for our wines.
anyway we had bordeaux...so doesn't matter much.
but it was a good bordeaux.

they even berbuka puasa an hour ealier...

Chef Rosario Seminatore fr Turin, Italy.
with 25 years of experience fr all around the world,
he joined Shangri-la in May this year.

he had revamped the whole menu and the whole place..
I guess he must be a confucius....
coz he made us so confused with his "off the menu" selections....
