Chef Takashi Kimura has relocated to the newly reopened Cilantros
so Sage is being managed by Chef Daniel
He's doin a decent job there and lurve his new creations onto the menu
I suppose it ain't easy to maintain the standard and all the pressures coming
nevertheless Chef Takashi is still a consulting chef for Sage
after all both Sage & Cilantros are under the same umbrella
so we are trying to divide our time between these 2 places
