Emily & Docit was meant to be a surprise dinner for Doc
however some ppl are just careless in keeping secrets

and a week before Doc's birthdaywe had a take-home chef
Chef Lino Sauro cooking at the comfort of Si Fu Lawrence's home
but I dun think it's Chef's comfort zone since he had to lug everything fr his kitchen
to a new kitchen

Since Doc lurves pasta....Chef made 2xit was fresh pasta and my my my...I was so amazed with its texture
usually fresh pasta are soft...but not this one :))))

WHat brand was the Laguiole knive that was in the picture 30th Oct 2009 Lino Sauro post..
It looks quite sturdy not like the other less costly laguole alternatives
- been looking for a good set of such knives - where was it purchased from please - and the brand of the knive would be handy

Hello Anonymous, that's Laguiole basic collection bought from France. They have many other sub-brands and we can't remember which it's from coz it belonged to a friend :))))
