Sang Nyuk Mien is actually Pork noodle,it is available with soup or dry in soy sauce + pork lard.
the best thing is....request for a saucer of crispy deep fried crushed pork lardand have it with your noodle..

throw some into your soup for that extra flavaoh they sell spare parts too
but Monkey went for the pork MEAT balls which was so good and thinly sliced pork meat.
