The top was yummylicious,
and the oyster is still raw and juicy inside.
I lurve it that the chef cut the oyster into 3 smaller pieces inside,
and aligned them as if it's still untouchable.

It's really worth the money paid.

and all the superb fresh produce fr the sea.
