This was the day the Eiffel tower was closed.....and we were supposed to go up to the highest viewing platform.....looking at this picture you can feel the coldness.....or is it my air cond....haha!!
Actually under the Eiffel, the wind speed is higher than the surrounding as the air is squeezed under and in between the legs of the tower. Imagine the wind chill factor on that morning when were queuing to go up!!
If you look close enuf....you will see that there are designs(which are meticulously thought off) on the Eiffel and are non structural and purely for aesthetics.
