Moomba, Boat Quay

it was a dinner to sample a stretch of Leroy 2004
the basic bourgogne, Chambolle, and 2 Vonne Romaneee
bread fresh fr the oven
starter was a seafood trio of alaskan crab, scallop with parma and crispy soft shell crab
razor clam
Shopaholic Tracie was still on her Cohen diet
175g of greens and fruits
and i forgot how many grams of beef
so precise!!!

She's been in the kitchen everyday cleaning, chopping, slicing
and most of all WEIGHING her food!!!!
such self discipline
this was actually a consumme of mushrooms and more alaskan crab at the bottom...

    the wasabi oil salmon belly tartare with jap rice is a must try at Moomba. Also the squid ink risotto served there is superb.

  3. so far every bottle of Madam Leroy's Burgundy have been superb including her negociant burgs.......except for that one bottle that was a 76 vintage(negociant Leroy)which was "gone"!
