Bak Kut Teh @ Jalan Ipoh

We woke up late on a Saturday morning
and Spore gang decided to have Bak Kut Teh
*it was their 2nd meal of that day*
**1st meal was chee cheong fun @ Jalan Barat**
***these ppl can really really really eat***
Extra spicy chilies, garlic and dark soya sauce
and a lil bit of soya sauce.
Yau Char Kwai to go with the soup....
I'm not a BKT fan....
prefer Spore's BKT which is Teo Chew style in clear peppery soup...
while Sporeans lurve Msian's BKT...

soft and so intense with the BKT flavour......
a pot full of enoki mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, romaine leaves and crispy deep fried toufu skin.
the REAL thang came with "full specs" innit
ribs, bones, meat, organs...yikes!!!!
